TBI Credit is a part of financial group TBIF Financial Services with its main shareholder Kardan N.V.
The founder of the association is the financial holding TBIF Financial Services with the head office Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Group is found with the aim to gain and manage investments in Central and East Europe. The major priorities of the TBIF Financial Services are:

TBI Credit offer for the first time in Bulgaria leasing for purchases in the trade market. 12 years later the company is the most popular non-bank institution for consumer financial services with 37 self-dependent offices and above 4500 points of sale. It publishes MasterCard credit cards, offers leasing services for goods and consumer credits.
